01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to i1rm, an online betting platform operating to serve users in Malaysia. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and i1rm ("Platform", "We", "Company").

By visiting, registering, logging in, or using any part of the i1rm platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document along with all related policies as updated from time to time.

02Membership Eligibility

To register and use the i1rm platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 Years and Above at the time of registration. i1rm does not permit individuals under the legal age to use any services on this platform under any circumstances.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting services by any relevant authority.
• Register only one account per individual. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Provide true, accurate, and current personal information during registration. False or fabricated information is a violation of these terms.

03Account Registration and Management

The i1rm account registration process is designed to be simple and fast. However, there are certain responsibilities you must comply with throughout your membership:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, even if carried out by a third party with or without your knowledge.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the i1rm support team immediately.
• I1rm uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account — enable 2FA after registering for added security.
• You must ensure that the personal information in your account is always up to date, especially your phone number and bank details for withdrawal purposes.

I1rm reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, bot usage, game manipulation, or any breach of terms without prior notice.

04Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

I1rm supports a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, major local banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other supported e-wallets.

Deposit Policy:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
• I1rm is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers or banks.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawal requests are processed in under 5 minutes in most cases, subject to any required security checks.
• Withdrawals will only be approved to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your i1rm account.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are set based on your membership tier. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• I1rm reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits as a security measure.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is fully satisfied.

05Bonus and Promotions Policy

I1rm offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time. One welcome bonus per individual, per IP address, and per device.
• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, for example 10x or 15x.
• Bonus validity is limited. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire automatically without compensation.
• I1rm reserves the right to cancel bonuses and deduct the associated balance in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of promotional terms.
• Members are not permitted to use multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits repeatedly. Such actions are considered fraudulent and will be subject to disciplinary action.
• All bonuses and promotions are subject to modification, suspension, or cancellation by i1rm at any time without prior notice.

06Wagering and Game Rules

All wagering activity on the i1rm platform is subject to the following rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all members:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and category. Check the applicable limits before placing any bet.
• All game results are final once determined by the system. Any disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the result being published.
• Bets placed using unauthorised methods, including exploiting bugs, system vulnerabilities, or unfair collusion between players, will be voided.
• I1rm uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fairness and transparency.
• For Sports Betting, any bet placed after the match has ended will be voided and the funds returned to your account.
• Odds are determined by the i1rm system and may change in line with the market. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the ones that apply.

I1rm provides games from internationally accredited providers that are independently audited to ensure the integrity and fairness of every game offered on our platform.

07Responsible Gaming

I1rm deeply cares about the well-being of our members. We believe wagering should be purely for entertainment, not a source of stress or financial difficulty. To that end, we provide a range of tools to help you manage your wagering activity more responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limit: Limit your playing time per session to avoid playing for too long.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a temporary break from the platform for a duration you set yourself.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to fully self-exclude from the platform for an extended period if needed.

09Account Closure and Suspension

I1rm reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Ownership or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Use of automated software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other members.

Alternatively, you may close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any eligible balance will be transferred to you after the required security checks are completed.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, i1rm shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, power outages, or force majeure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the i1rm platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

11Terms and Conditions Amendment

I1rm reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-app notifications or registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of the i1rm platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
